AMC Pro is a multi-company SaaS platform for Annual Maintenance Contract and field service businesses — covering the full lifecycle from customer, site, and asset registration through AMC contracts, technician dispatch, ticketing, and inventory, right through to billing and renewal. Built for HVAC, elevator, fire safety, CCTV, solar, and generator service companies who've outgrown spreadsheets, it runs entirely isolated per company on a single installation, with a separate Super Admin layer for platform management and a dedicated Customer Portal for end clients.
