Overview

Policy Hub Mobile App is a modern Android and iOS app pair designed as a companion for the Policy Hub SaaS - Insurance Management System. It gives policyholders convenient mobile access to the things they check most: what their policies cover, when a premium or renewal is due, how their claim is going, and a direct line to their agent.

With the Customer app, policyholders find their agency, sign in, see every policy with a digital policy card that opens offline, browse plans with a premium estimator, pay premiums, file and track claims, upload documents, chat with their agent and ask an AI assistant about their own policies.

The apps are developed using Flutter and Dart and communicate securely with your Policy Hub SaaS website through API integration. One app serves every agency on your platform, or you can build an own-brand app for a single agency.

Important Requirement

This mobile app requires Policy Hub SaaS v1.7 or newer installed on an HTTPS-enabled domain. The Policy Hub SaaS web application is required and is sold separately.

Customer App Features

1. Find an agency by name, city, QR code or company code (one app for many agencies, or an own-brand app for one agency)
2. Sign in with email and password, or with a 6-digit code sent by email
3. Home dashboard: policies in force, yearly premium, what is owed, late payments, next renewal, open claims and the agent's contact details
4. My policies with status, cover, insured people, nominees, instalments, payments, documents and a change history
5. Digital policy card for every policy that opens even with no network, and the policy certificate as a PDF
6. Plans of the agency with search and filters, full details, a premium estimator by term (tax included), side-by-side comparison and "I want this plan" quote requests
7. Payments due: late payments, upcoming instalments and renewals in one place, with a Pay now button
8. Pay premiums through the agency's secure payment page (Stripe or Razorpay) and download PDF receipts
9. File a claim, upload its documents from the camera or files, and follow every status step
10. Chat with the agent inside the app, sending pictures (shown inline), PDFs and text files; call, WhatsApp or email the agent
11. Ask my agency: callback, renewal help, quote and nominee change requests, with the agency's reply
12. Upload KYC documents and follow approval
13. Notifications inbox and optional push notifications for due and late payments, renewals, claim updates and chat replies
14. AI assistant for the customer's own policies, claims and payments (when the agency switches it on)
