Overview
FitHub Member Mobile App is the Android and iOS add-on for FitHub SaaS – AI Powered Gym & Fitness Management System. It is one Flutter app that works for every gym on your platform: members enter or scan their gym code and the app dresses itself as that gym, with its name, logo, colours, welcome message and only the sections the owner switches on.
You publish the app once from your own Google Play and App Store accounts and every gym you sell to is served by it. It connects to your FitHub website through the built-in API.
Requires FitHub SaaS (sold separately). This is an add-on and does not work on its own.
Important Requirement
This mobile app requires Fithub SaaS v1.9 or newer installed on an HTTPS-enabled domain. The Gym & Fitness Management Mobile App is required and is sold separately.

What Is Included
- android_app – the complete Flutter project for Android, with its own build and publishing guide

Member Features
- Gym code or QR scan – members type the code or scan the QR code on the gym's "Get the app" page; no manual entry needed
- Per-gym branding – name, logo, colours, welcome message and visible sections come from the gym's settings
- Entry pass – personal QR code for check-in at the front desk, plus visit history
- Classes – timetable, booking, cancellation and a waitlist; the first person waiting gets the seat automatically
- Invoices & payments – view invoices, pay online with a card, save the card and switch automatic renewal on or off
- Workouts – today's plan with sets and reps; tick off each exercise
- Nutrition – meals and calories
- Health progress – daily weight and BMI with a chart
- Store – browse products and order; paid on an invoice
- Events, notices and news from the gym
- AI coach – ask workout and nutrition questions (uses the gym's own AI key)
- Push notifications – class seat opened, automatic renewal failed, new notice; tapping a notification opens the right screen
Gym Owner & Super Admin Controls
- Gym owners choose which app sections their members see and edit the welcome message
- Super Admin sets the store links, the Firebase key for push notifications and the oldest app version allowed to connect (forced update)
- Every gym's data stays separate; members only ever see their own gym
Requirements
- FitHub SaaS installed and reachable over HTTPS
- Flutter SDK to build the app; Android Studio for Android
- For iPhone: a Mac with Xcode and an Apple Developer account
- A Google Play Console account and / or an Apple Developer account to publish
- Optional: your own Firebase project for push notifications
Please Note
- The screenshots show sample data. Colours, name and sections change with each gym's settings.
- The app is built and published by you; store review times and fees are set by Google and Apple.
- Push notifications and the AI coach are optional and need your own Firebase and AI keys.
